Cheng Zhang heads up the Life Sciences group at Clover Health, focused on research for diseases of aging. Prior to joining Clover, Cheng was the Director of Strategy & Innovation for Pfizer’s Greater China Region, responsible for strategy, strategic partnerships, and innovative initiatives. Cheng began his career as a management consultant at Oliver Wyman with a focus on Health & Life Sciences, and has also worked at the Clinton Foundation and UBS investment banking.
David is an experienced FinTech risk executive with a background in consumer and small business lending across international and US markets. He successfully launches lending products by leveraging technology and data science to manage risk while balancing customer experience and optimising operational effectiveness. He specialises in assessing, quantifying, and mitigating risks by incorporating performance monitoring and benchmarks regarding growth, delinquency, losses, recovery and overall profitability.
Kelly H. Zou, PhD, PStat, ASA Fellow, is Senior Director, Real World Data Methods & Algorithms Group Lead, Global Real World Evidence Center of Excellence at Pfizer Inc. Dr. Zou is an Accredited Professional Statistician and an elected Fellow of the American Statistical Association (ASA). Dr. Zou has published over 140 peer-reviewed articles. She was featured as an Outstanding Woman in Data Analytics by Forbes, an Inspirational Women in Statistics & Data Science by Wiley and the Royal Statistical Society, and an Accomplished Woman in Statistics and Data Science by the ASA. She has an MA and a PhD degree in Statistics after a BA in Mathematics with a Minor in Physics.
Yuan Tian grew up in the People Analytics field and was a data scientist at McKinsey & Company. She is proficient in discovering operational issues and driving results using analytics and visualization. Yuan has since moved to management consulting where she helps clients tackle complex business problems with an analytical mindset. Yuan graduated from Columbia University with an M.A. in Social-Organizational Psychology.
